Frost Fair was a one-day winter festival delivered across Bankside and Borough Yards, presented by Better Bankside. The event reimagined the historic Frost Fairs that took place on the frozen River Thames, bringing together traditional entertainment, food, music and public activities. At Borough Yards, the programme featured free outdoor performances, traditional games, live music, roaming actors and family-friendly activities. Highlights included an elephant puppet installation, face painting and interactive experiences across the site. The event also included creative workshops, walking tours and craft sessions led by local partners, alongside food and drink activations across the wider Bankside area. Evening programming continued in local venues with live folk music performances.
