Bancone focuses on hand-made pasta, inspired by Italy, London and much of Europe. Bancone Borough Yards serves up the favourites, including their silky handkerchief pasta with walnut butter and confit egg yolk; the spicy pork & nduja ragù with mafalde; and the bucatini cacio e pepe. New dishes specifically for Borough Yards are influenced by the restaurant’s neighbours such as pork chops from The Ginger Pig and oysters from the Wright Brothers.

The wine list complements the menu in variety and quality, championing lesser known vineyards and growers alongside some big hitters while cocktails are focused on vermouth, bitters and Campari.
